Cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital downloads, this right can end once access to the digital content begins, but only where you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that your cancellation right will be lost.
If access has not begun, or the required consent and acknowledgement were not collected, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Faulty or incorrect files
If a purchased file is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or you receive the wrong file, contact us at finlaymcdade8@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Change-of-mind requests
Once digital access has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit your legal rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.
