Overview
These terms apply to purchases from Concable Studio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Products
We sell digital wallpaper files for personal use. Product pages state the formats included. Preview images may contain watermarks or disclosure text; purchased files are supplied without those preview overlays unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless another currency is displayed. Payment must be completed before download access is provided. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.
Digital delivery
No physical item is shipped. Files are delivered electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a working email address and ensuring that your device supports the supplied file format.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded wallpaper on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, share or commercially exploit the files.
Quality and availability
If digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied, contact finlaymcdade8@gmail.com so we can provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from personal-use products.
